Over time, prescriptions change, specialists add treatments, and supplements get added. Without regular review, outdated or duplicate medications can remain on your list.

A medication review allows us to confirm that every medication still has a purpose, check for interactions, and make sure doses are correct. Sometimes we even discover a medication is no longer necessary, which can simplify your routine.

It’s also a great time to ask questions about side effects or supplements. Bringing a list—or the bottles—helps ensure your treatment plan stays clear, safe, and working for you.
