Karen Casey, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who brings decades of experience supporting individuals seeking nutrition guidance or professional help on how to optimize their well-being. Karen’s love for helping people is reflected in her dedication to assisting clients navigate complex dietary needs with precision and creativity. She knows that each person has unique dietary goals and food preferences and treats each person with individual solutions.

Whether addressing ways that nutrition can change or improve medical conditions, or navigating therapeutic diets or optimizing athletic performance, Karen leverages her extensive knowledge to deliver solutions that work. She has developed creative ways to work with clients living with food restrictions, allergies, or cultural practices that limit food choices.
Karen also has extensive experience tuning calories and macro nutrient intake to accommodate sports and fitness activities. Her recommendations are all based on the latest nutritional science. She has an M.S in Mathematics, a B.S. in Math and Counseling, and is a nationally credentialed provider of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Karen has robust diverse practical experience including a 6-month internship with rotations in Oncology, Endocrinology (Diabetes), Gastrointestinal, Genetics, Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatric Intensive Care, Cardiac, Surgical, and Behavioral Health; caring for patients at a nationally recognized pediatric hospital.​​​
